In the face of trials that would have broken others, the people of Ukraine have shown the world what it means to be truly free. Your unity, your bravery, and your unwavering commitment to our homeland are the reasons why we continue to move forward, even in the darkest times.

Today, we honor every Ukrainian who has contributed to our nation's strength—those who defend our borders, those who work tirelessly to support our communities, and those who keep the spirit of Ukraine alive no matter where they are in the world.
