Discussion of the Final Project Year of ECOTWINS
During the latest online meeting of the ECOTWINS team, partners reviewed the current implementation status of the project and agreed on the next steps. The main achievements of the previous year were presented, and progress in preparing reporting materials and working documents reflecting the key results and consortium activities was summarized.
Special attention was given to planning a conference/seminar for farmers, scheduled to take place in April. The event aims to connect scientific outcomes with the practical needs of the agri-food sector and to present the project’s interim results to a broad range of stakeholders. Participation is expected from business representatives, the research community, and other partners interested in introducing innovations in agriculture.
The concept of a two-day format was preliminarily agreed: the first day will focus on thematic discussions and exchange of perspectives among key stakeholders, while the second day will be dedicated to networking and presentation of results in a hybrid format, including a showcase of research capacities and the facilities where activities are carried out.
To improve coordination efficiency, given the intensive schedule for preparing materials and reporting, the team also discussed the value of holding regular monthly meetings. In the near future, a preliminary agenda for the event will be developed and information materials will be circulated.
